YOU MAY HAVE HIDDEN DAMAGEMany times, shingles are blown off the roof during a severe storm. However, there are also many times when shingles are partially blown loose – seal is detached – shingle can also crack/crease/etc. – without being blown off the roof. This creates a situation to where the shingle is still partially connected but no longer has the proper seal. This can lead to leaks and interior damage. With all the storms we have in Florida – this is a common occurrence. Our inspection team is trained to check for this type of damage and will photograph and diagram these areas. |
