	DETAILED ROOF INSPECTION We get up close to your roof damage and take detailed and through photos of all the damage on your roof


	DIAGRAMMING DAMAGE We will provide a diagram indicating areas where damage was found.


	OBTAIN EXACT MEASUREMENT We also use state of the art satellite images to make sure we obtain the exact measurements we need so that our estimate can be as accurate as possible


	FOLLOW UP WITH AN ENGINEER INSPECTION IF NEEDED

YOU MAY HAVE HIDDEN DAMAGE

Many times, shingles are blown off the roof during a severe storm. However, there are also many times when shingles are partially blown loose – seal is detached – shingle can also crack/crease/etc. – without being blown off the roof. This creates a situation to where the shingle is still partially connected but no longer has the proper seal. This can lead to leaks and interior damage. With all the storms we have in Florida – this is a common occurrence. Our inspection team is trained to check for this type of damage and will photograph and diagram these areas.
